TRX bonus balances and small deposits: two minimums that are not the same
A cashier's floor decides whether a deposit is credited at all. A promotion, where one exists, can set its own amount for qualifying, and the two numbers do not have to match.
We print no bonus, wagering condition or offer figure for any operator, because none of the pages we read gave us one we could stand behind. What follows is how to read the two minimums.
Does a bonus have its own minimum deposit?
It can, and it is stated in the promotion's terms rather than on the cashier screen. A deposit that clears the cashier's floor can still fall short of the amount a promotion asks for, in which case the money arrives as ordinary balance and the promotion does not start. In the other direction a promotion's amount can sit well above the floor, and a sender who sizes a transfer by the floor alone will miss it.
Nothing on this site says which operators do what, since we state no figure and name no promotion. The point is the order of the checks: the floor first, then the terms.
Is the deposit floor on a bonus page the same as the cashier floor?
Not necessarily. A promotion page may quote a figure in dollars while the cashier works in coins, or the other way round, and for a coin that moves against the dollar the two will drift apart in a day. Stake, whose only stated floor is in dollars, is the clearest reminder that units differ. The ten TRX that Rollbit prints and the thirty that BitStarz shows are in coins, and a promotion in another unit has to be converted at the moment you send.
Can a small TRX deposit be split into several sends?
Each send is judged on its own, so splitting a sum below the floor into smaller parts makes every part fall below it. Operators that say what happens to sub-floor deposits, Rollbit most bluntly, say the part is not credited. Combining parts into one larger send, where the wallet allows it, is the usual remedy, and the cost of two sends is two network charges.
What should be read before sending toward a bonus?
Four things, in order: the cashier's floor for TRX on the address screen; the network named there; the promotion's own qualifying amount and whether it counts the amount after network fees, as Sportsbet.io says its deposit floors do; and what the terms say about withdrawing while the promotion is active. The last of these is where a small balance most often gets stuck, a subject we take up in our note on bonus balance.
Short answers on bonuses and floors
Does this site list bonus amounts?
No. None of the operators' pages we read gave a figure we could confirm, so none is stated.
If my deposit meets the floor, does the bonus start?
Not by that fact alone. A promotion can set its own qualifying amount in its terms.
Does a bonus change the deposit floor?
Nothing we read says so. Treat the cashier's floor and the promotion's amount as two numbers and check both.
