TRX Casino Cashier Why a small Tron transfer can miss the balance, and what to check first
Open Rollbit Opens Rollbit in a new tab. Its help page puts the TRX deposit floor at 10. 18+ only.A Tron transfer can be confirmed on the chain and still never reach a casino balance. The usual reason is plain: the amount was below the minimum the cashier applies, and operators publish very different minimums for the same coin.
This is a cashier note, not a review. It reads twelve operators' own pages for TRX, gives the floors they print with the place and the age of each, and leaves out bonuses, scores and anything we could not read.
It depends on the operator, by a wide margin. Of the twelve we looked at, five print a number for TRX on a page we could read. Cloudbet's own currency settings carry 1. Sportsbet.io's home page lists 3. Rollbit's help article says 10. BitStarz shows 30 in its deposit table. Vave's help article gives 38.823543, in a piece marked as updated in September 2023.
That is a spread of almost thirty-nine to one for a single coin. Stake gives no coin figure at all, only a general line that crypto deposits under one cent cannot be processed automatically. Roobet, Duelbits, BetFury and BC.GAME name TRX and print no floor on the pages we read, FortuneJack could not be read, and CoinCasino could not be tied to a cashier page. Each operator's own words are on its page, listed below, and the comparison with sources is on the floors page.
Because three parties touch it and only one of them knows the floor. Your wallet signs and sends. The Tron network checks the signature and records the transfer, and it will record almost any positive amount. The cashier then decides whether to credit it, and that decision uses a minimum the chain has never heard of.
What happens next differs by operator. Rollbit says deposits below its minimums will not credit and cannot be recovered by support. Stake says it cannot process deposits under one cent automatically and asks the sender to write to support. The first is a closed door, the second a queue, and in both cases the explorer will show a perfectly good transfer.
In this context it means an amount too small to be useful at one end or the other: a deposit under the floor, or a leftover balance under the withdrawal floor. The word is also used for unsolicited tiny transfers that strangers send to many addresses at once. That is a separate subject, and nothing here is about it.
The numbers make the first meaning concrete. A balance of 150 TRX sits above Cloudbet's one-coin withdrawal floor and Rollbit's ten, and below the 200 that Sportsbet.io lists. Whether it is money you can move depends on where it is.
No, and the confusion is the second most common way to lose a small transfer. TRX is the network's own coin. USDT on Tron is a token, a TRC-20 contract that lives on the same ledger and uses the same style of address. A wallet will not object if you send one to the address meant for the other, because on the chain both are valid, and the cashier is the only party that cares.
Operators differ here too. Stake, Cloudbet and Vave name a Tron route for USDT. Duelbits' table names Tron for TRX and leaves USDT on other networks. Rollbit lists USDT among ERC-20 tokens. TRX and USDT floors differ as well, which is why they are kept apart on every page of this site.
Because on Tron a transfer is paid for in bandwidth and, for tokens, in energy, and when a wallet has none the network burns TRX from the balance. Sending the whole of a small balance can therefore fail or arrive short of what the cashier expected. Our fees note goes into the charge itself; the point here is only that the margin you leave behind is part of the amount you can afford to send.

The network will accept the transfer, because both live on Tron with the same address style. The cashier is unlikely to credit it. Always use the address shown for the exact coin and network.
No. Only what an operator's own page says about TRX is reported, and gaps are named as gaps.
