TRX withdrawal records: what to keep, and how a floor shows up in your notes
A withdrawal that arrives needs no record. One that does not arrive needs a precise one, and it is too late to make it afterwards.
Keeping five items costs a minute per withdrawal and settles most disputes about where the money is.
What should be kept after a TRX withdrawal?
The transaction hash, the amount in coins, the time, the address it went to, and the floor and fee arrangement you saw on the cashier screen. A screenshot of that screen is enough for the last item. The hash is the one that matters, because it lets anyone read the transfer in an explorer, and operators name Tronscan for that more than any other.
How long can a withdrawal take?
It depends on the stage. BetFury's home page says a risk department audits each transaction manually and withdrawals can take up to 24 to 72 hours; its documentation says the same span for a rare slow deposit, on a different host. Sportsbet.io's page mentions payouts settling within minutes once checks are complete. Those are three different statements about three different stages.
How does the floor show up in your records?
As the line you were under. If a balance could not be withdrawn, note the figure the cashier showed and the day, because operators change floors, and a written note is the only record of what the number was when you needed it. With Cloudbet's one coin, Rollbit's ten and Sportsbet.io's two hundred printed as of our reading, the same balance can be free at one and stuck at another.
What do you do when the record shows a problem?
Write to support with the hash, the amount, the times and the floor, in that order, and attach the screenshot. Keep their reply. If the chain shows the transfer confirmed to the address you gave, the withdrawal is complete from the network's side, and any remaining question is between you and whoever controls that address.

For the cashier screen, yes. For the transfer, keep the hash.
How long should I keep records?
As long as the balance and any open question with the operator exist.
