TRX Casino Cashier Why a small Tron transfer can miss the balance, and what to check first

Open Roobet Opens Roobet in a new tab. Its deposit article names TRX. 18+ only.

TRX deposit not credited: four causes, in the order to rule them out

When a TRX deposit does not show up, the chain is almost never the problem. The transfer is confirmed, an explorer says so, and the cashier has simply not credited it.

That narrows the field to four things, and the order below goes from the one you can check in a minute to the one that needs support.

Three steps in a row: the wallet sends, the chain confirms, the cashier decides; the third step has a small gate marked floor
Three parties handle one transfer, and only the last one knows the floor.

How do you tell whether the transfer actually arrived?

Open the transaction hash in a Tron explorer. Roobet's article names Tronscan for TRX and Duelbits' table lists tronscan.org, so it is the one the operators themselves point to. Read three things: that the status is confirmed, that the amount is what you meant, and that the destination is the address the cashier gave you. If any of the three is wrong, the cause is on your side of the send.

Could the amount be below the minimum?

It is the commonest cause and the cheapest to check. Floors run from 1 TRX at Cloudbet to 38.823543 at Vave among the operators that print one, so an amount that clears one can miss another. Rollbit says deposits below its minimums will not credit and cannot be recovered by support. Stake says it cannot automatically process deposits under one cent and asks the sender to contact support. If the chain shows the amount above the floor, move on.

Could it be the wrong coin or the wrong network?

A wallet holding both TRX and USDT on Tron will happily send either to any Tron address. Roobet says coins outside its list are lost and the account is not credited, and Duelbits warns that sending other tokens may result in permanent loss. Check the token field of the transaction: a plain TRX send shows no token, a USDT send shows the contract. Compare it with the address the cashier labelled.

What should be sent to support?

A short written message with the transaction hash, the amount, the time, the address you sent to and the coin and network you believe you used. Do not send screenshots of a seed phrase or a private key: nobody legitimate asks for one. Expect that for a below-floor deposit the answer may be that nothing can be done; the operators that speak on it, Rollbit above all, say so in advance.

Short answers on missing deposits

How long should I wait before writing to support?

Until the explorer shows the transfer confirmed. BitStarz's own data lists 19 confirmations for TRX, about a minute at Tron's block time, but that is its figure and not a rule for others.

Can support always recover a deposit below the minimum?

No. Rollbit says it cannot, and Stake says it cannot process such deposits automatically and asks you to write.

Is a missing memo a cause with TRX?

We found no operator page that asks for a memo for TRX, so we state nothing about it.

Before you leave: are you 18 or older?
