TRX Casino Cashier Why a small Tron transfer can miss the balance, and what to check first

Open Cloudbet Opens Cloudbet in a new tab. Its fee page lists a 1 TRX minimum deposit. 18+ only.

TRX deposit checklist: five things to read before a small transfer

A first deposit is where a small mistake costs the most, because the amount is small enough that nobody feels like asking first. The five checks below take two minutes and are written in the order in which they rule things out.

Floors quoted here are as printed on operators' own pages on the day we read them. The cashier screen is the only version worth acting on.

A small pile of coins on a scale that has a marked line; the pile sits below the line and an arrow points to a closed door
Below the operator's line a transfer is confirmed on the chain and still never reaches the balance.

What should be checked before sending TRX to a casino?

First, the coin: does the cashier offer TRX by name, or only USDT on Tron? They are two routes with different floors. Second, the network: the address screen should name it, and if it offers a choice for a coin that has only one natural network, stop and ask. Third, the address: copy it from the cashier today, not from an old note. Fourth, the amount against the floor. Fifth, the margin the wallet needs for the network charge.

How do you find the minimum before sending?

Read it on the cashier screen of your own account. If the screen does not print one, look in the operator's help centre, and note the date on the article. The spread is wide: Cloudbet's own settings carry 1 TRX, Sportsbet.io's page lists 3, Rollbit's article says 10, BitStarz's table shows 30, and a Vave article marked as updated in September 2023 gives 38.823543.

If you find nothing, that proves nothing. Roobet, Duelbits, BetFury and BC.GAME name TRX and print no floor on the pages we read, which is a gap in what we saw, not a statement that they have no minimum.

Five horizontal bars of different length on one scale, one per operator, showing the minimum TRX deposit each prints on its own page: 1, 3, 10, 30 and 38.823543 coins
Five operators, one coin, minimum deposits from 1 to 38.823543 TRX as printed on their own pages.

Is a test transfer a good idea?

Only if the test is above the floor. A smaller test is not a test: Rollbit says deposits below its minimum will not credit and cannot be recovered by support, and Stake says deposits under one cent need a message to support. The sensible test is the smallest amount that clears the highest floor you have seen, sent with a margin, and checked in an explorer before the real amount follows.

Does the sending wallet need anything besides the amount?

Yes: a margin for the network charge. A plain TRX send uses bandwidth, and when a wallet has none it burns coins from the balance. Sending the whole balance of a small account can fail or arrive short, and Sportsbet.io says its deposit floors are counted after network fees. Leave a few coins unspent and type the amount instead of using a Max button.

What changes if the coin is USDT on Tron?

Everything except the look of the address. USDT on Tron is a token, its floors differ, and not every cashier offers the route: Duelbits' table shows USDT on other networks only. Sending the token to a TRX address, or the reverse, will be accepted by the chain and probably ignored by the cashier. The full side-by-side is on the floors page.

Short answers before sending

What is the smallest sensible first TRX deposit?

The smallest amount that clears the highest floor you have seen for that operator, plus a margin for the network charge.

Can I check the address on the chain?

You can confirm in an explorer that it is a valid Tron address and see its activity, but only the cashier can tell you it is yours.

Where do I read the floor?

On the cashier screen first, then in the operator's help centre, noting the date of the article.
